Tesla’s sealed motors + batteries are far far simpler than a Toyota. Keep in mind that the battery / drivetrain is warranted for 150k miles (if I remember right).

For reference Tesla 100% is 4.20v max per cell. Most phone batteries charge to 4.35v per cell which drastically reduce their life but gives you like an extra 5-10% capacity.
